We offer free delivery on mechanisms to all Mainland UK addresses for retail customers, for Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Highlands please Contact Us for a Quote. For trade customers please contact us for a quote.

Complete Wall Bed Systems inc Cabinets

Complete wall bed systems can be collected or delivered using our 2 man nationwide delivery service – please contact us for delivery pricing. Our White Glove delivery team will deliver your product to any room in the property (UK Mainland only). Please note our courier is only permitted to take the goods up to a 2nd floor room (unless an appropriately sized lift is available to use). They will ensure that you have the correct amount of boxes and that there is no damage to these. They will ask you to sign that you are happy with the product. Where you have chosen a product that is not a standard size or a colour scheme that is unique to you, this will be treated as a ‘bespoke’ product under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How long will it take?

For stock items of wall bed mechanisms (without cabinetry or paneling), mattresses or spares, we normally dispatch same or next day for next day delivery to UK mainland. Our courier deliver Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) between 8am-6pm. If you require delivery on a specific date this can also be arranged through our sales team. For complete wall bed systems that are in stock, we advise 4-6 weeks. For out of stock complete systems please contact our sales team for a lead time and for special orders we advise of delivery within 12-16 weeks, as these are made to order.

Wall Beds & Mattresses

UK exclusions from Free delivery include Northern Ireland, Scotland North of Glasgow / Edinburgh, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & other UK isles. For delivery to these areas, please contact us for a quote.

Republic of Ireland / EU / Worldwide

Due to circumstances beyond our control we are currently unable to deliver outside of UK mainland. We are allowing customers to arrange their own collection of our wall bed mechanisms, please be aware once the goods leave us they are the responsibility of your chosen courier. We can provide the relevant package dimensions and weights and details of the pickup location, we do not charge for this service and are happy to attach any shipping labels your chosen courier provide. Please note we cannot currently ship our complete systems outside of UK mainland.

How will it be delivered?

All items destined for mainland UK addresses are dispatched by UK based couriers. For non-UK mainland deliveries, this will be determined by the courier you have chosen. For complete wall bed systems, our White Glove delivery team will deliver your product to any room in the house (up to the 2nd floor unless an appropriate size lift is available) and will ensure that you have the correct number of boxes. They will ask you to sign that you are happy with the product. If you discover any damage or believe you are missing anything please contact our team as soon as possible who will resolve this for you.

For stock items of mechanisms and mattresses, we normally dispatch same or next day for next day delivery to the UK mainland. For complete wall bed systems that are in stock, we advise 4-6 weeks. Please bear in mind that supply chain issues beyond our control may impact lead times, but we continue to do our best to accommodate requirements.
