Delivery Method
These items are delivered via national courier services and are typically doorstep delivery only, as couriers are not permitted to enter the property.
Complete Wall Bed Systems (Including Cabinets)
Complete wall bed systems can be collected or delivered using our specialist two-person White Glove delivery service.
As complete wall bed systems are large, precision furniture items, specialist two-person delivery ensures safe handling and careful placement within your home.

Deliveries are available throughout Mainland UK.
As certain panels and components can be large, we recommend checking that there is adequate access within your property, including doorways, staircases, and access routes, prior to delivery.

Please note: Delivery teams can normally deliver goods to rooms up to the second floor. For deliveries above this level, access via an appropriately sized lift is required. If your property requires delivery to a higher floor, please contact our team before purchasing so we can help confirm suitable arrangements.
Products manufactured in non-standard sizes or bespoke finishes are treated as made-to-order items under Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Typical delivery timeframe: 1–2 weeks

Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Orders including custom finishes, fabrics, sofas, or headboards are manufactured to order.
Estimated delivery timeframe: 12–16 weeks.
While we always aim to meet projected delivery dates, external supply chain factors may occasionally impact lead times. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise accordingly.
Products on backorder
If a product is showing as “available on backorder” please contact a member of our sales team who can provide an estimated lead time.
Flexible Delivery Scheduling
We appreciate that customers are not always ready to receive delivery immediately.
If required, we can securely hold your order until you are ready. Placing an order allocates stock to you until dispatch is arranged.

To help ensure installation proceeds smoothly, we recommend confirming the number of delivered boxes and checking packaging for any visible damage before assembly or disposal of packaging materials.
If you notice any damage or believe items may be missing, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can resolve this promptly.
International & Non-Mainland Deliveries
We are currently unable to ship complete furniture systems outside Mainland UK.
Customers outside Mainland UK may arrange their own courier collection for wall bed mechanisms. We are happy to provide package dimensions, weights, and collection details where required.
Once goods leave our premises, responsibility transfers to the appointed courier.
Our manufacturing partners operate global distribution networks. For customers located outside the UK, we can often introduce you to a local authorised distributor, helping reduce shipping costs while ensuring efficient supply and support within your region.
