The Royal King Horizontal wall bed system is a robustly-built, multifunctional unit that gives you both an elegant living space during the day and a very comfortable king size bed by night. The unit also enables you to include an integrated or stand-alone two-seater sofa as well as additional storage, all-in-one.
The Royal King Bed is a side-opening wall bed designed for those who want supreme comfort coupled with a space-saving solution that helps them make the most of limited space.
Engineered with a high-quality lift mechanism, the Royal King opens effortlessly in a single smooth motion and maximises your living area when the bed is not in use.
Ideal for small bedrooms, studio apartments, home offices and guest rooms, the Royal King helps you make the most of every square metre without having to make any compromise on comfort. The durable metal frame, silent gas-assisted system, and secure locking mechanism ensure safe, reliable, and long-lasting performance.
Safe opening & closing
We are often asked about the risk of a wall bed opening or closing unexpectedly. Fortunately, all Multimo Furniture products incorporate gas-spring mechanisms to ensure fail-safe opening and closing. The gas-spring mechanism prevents operation until an opposite force is applied. In other words, unless a certain manual strength is used, the system simply cannot open or close by itself.Modular design to suit your style
The clever design of the Royal King enables you to tailor your look to include an optional two-seater sofa as well as modular storage options and/or a headboard for the bed. You can also give yourself as much wardrobe space as you need by combining different options of single and double door wardrobes (and you can even include a bookcase.)
- The mattress base is supported by wood sprung slats for extra comfort and increasing the durability.
- When you’re ready to put the bed away, you can leave it made up (using the bedding strap provided) so, unlike a sofa bed, you don’t need to make the bed up after each sleep.
- Durable Materials: Manufactured from 18 mm and 30 mm melamine-coated chipboard, offering a solid structure with an elegant, long-lasting finish.
- Environmentally Friendly: Manufactured from first-class (E1 quality) melamine-coated chipboard.
The main front panel is provided in segments to help ensure the unit can fit up narrow staircases or through small hallways.The side-opening bed is also great for those with ceiling height restrictions.
Mattresses
Reliable and durable
The Royal King is produced with a high-quality laminated chipboard, which is EU quality standard. The metal profile and slats used for bed base make the product even stronger. All visible or hidden edges are banded with PVC material.
Developed with Multimo’s 33-year expertise, the Royal King has a five-year mechanism warranty.
