The Pivoting Bookcase Bed (BC-1) is a smart and stylish Murphy bed solution, featuring swinging bookcase doors that discreetly conceal a bed frame inside. Designed to work seamlessly with the NEXT Bed (NXT) in Single, Double or King sizes, it offers a practical way to transform any room into a comfortable sleeping space.
When closed, the Pivoting Bookcase Bed looks just like a built-in bookcase, with no hint that a bed is hidden behind it. This makes it an ideal choice for home offices, studies, craft rooms, living rooms, or any space where flexibility is key.
At the heart of the BC-1 mechanism are heavy-duty pin hinges, allowing the bookcases to swing smoothly to either side of the cabinet without the need for casters or additional floor support.

For stocked items of wall bed mechanisms (without cabinetry or panelling), mattresses or spares, we normally dispatch same or next day for next day delivery to UK mainland. Our courier delivers Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) between 8am-6pm. If you require delivery on a specific date this can also be arranged through our sales team.
