The Diva Couple Desk Bed is a multi-functional unit that allows you to really maximise space in your home. It’s the ideal solution for people living in smaller properties, studio flats or student accommodation who know all too well how essential it is to have compact, space-saving furniture.
During the day, you benefit from a spacious work area – with a 2-metre-wide desk – while at night you can enjoy all the comfort of the horizontally-opening, foldaway double bed.
The ingenious design of the Diva Couple Desk Bed isn’t just space-saving, it’s also time-saving! The unique mechanism means you can open or close the bed without having to clear away the items on your desk – the desk element stays horizontal at all times so you can just leave all your work items out and they won’t move. Similarly, in the mornings, when you’re ready to put the bed away, you can leave it made up (using the bedding strap provided) so, unlike a sofa bed, you don’t need to make the bed up after each sleep.
- All Multimo products are designed for daily use so the bed can be used both as your main bed or as an occasional bed for guests.
- The unit is easily converted from a bed at night to a daytime desk area – and vice versa.
- Manufactured with high-quality laminated chipboard, which is EU quality standard.
- The metal profile and slats used for bed base make the product even stronger. All visible or hidden edges are banded with PVC material.

Safe opening & closing
We are often asked about the risk of a wall bed opening or closing unexpectedly. Fortunately, all Multimo Furniture products incorporate gas-spring mechanisms to ensure fail-safe opening and closing. The gas-spring mechanism prevents operation until an opposite force is applied. In other words, unless a certain manual strength is used, the system simply cannot open or close by itself.Mattresses
