Thinking horizontally

Horizontal wall beds open widthways which significantly reduces their height and also provides you with way more wall space so you can also install shelving, cupboards, desks, and other items of furniture.

Take a look at our Simple Single Horizontal Wall Bed –  just 98cm high, this is a superb option for severely constrained spaces – with no compromise on style or comfort required!

The Primer Life Wall Bed System is another great solution – just 108cm high, making it ideal when you’re dealing with a particularly low ceiling.

The Diva Life Single is only 113cm high and so too is the Diva Life Desk Bed Combo System, giving you all the flexibility of a truly multi-functional system with a very practical integrated work or study area. The Diva Couple and Diva Couple Desk Bed System come up a little bit bigger – 163cm high – but are still a very practical choice for low ceilings. Slightly higher again is the Royal King Horizontal wall bed system at 177.2cm high.

This makes them an excellent alternative to traditional sofa beds, helping maximise both comfort and floor space.

All in a capsule!

Our Capsule wall beds are ideal for customers who have height restrictions but would still prefer a traditional vertical wall bed. The specially-designed folding mattress gives you a low height profile while still retaining the familiar vertical opening style. The Capsule Single is only 132cm high while the spacious Capsule King is just 167cm high.

Looking for complete design freedom?

For some rooms, particularly those with unusual layouts, hardware-only solutions enable you to create a solution specifically tailored to the available space. This is particularly useful where dimensions are tight or architectural features such as alcoves need to be accommodated.

Our Alpha Bed and Beta Bed hardware systems come in either horizontal or vertical and can be housed within custom-built furniture, allowing designers, cabinet makers, and installers to create truly bespoke solutions. The added benefit is that you have complete control over finishes and colours and the freedom to design a system with which includes exactly the kind of storage you need.

Which option is right for you?

• Very low ceiling?
  A horizontal wall bed is often the best solution, with options available from approximately 98cm high.
• Need a desk and bed in one room?
  Consider the Life Desk Bed or Diva Couple Desk Bed.
• Want integrated seating as well?
  The Diva Life Bed and Diva Couple ranges go brilliantly with the optional Diver Sofa, creating an attractive living area during the day and a comfortable sleeping space at night. The Royal King Horizontal can also be supplied with an optional sofa.
• Prefer a traditional vertical bed?
  The Capsule Range offers a clever alternative, with models from approximately 132cm high.
• Have an unusually shaped room?
  A bespoke Alpha Bed or Beta Bed installation may provide the greatest flexibility.
